What is a Buyers Agent?
A buyers agent is in the business of finding sellers for those who want to buy real estate and finding buyers for those trying to sell real estate. Buyers Agents and their salespersons assist buyers and sellers by helping them purchase and sell their properties for the best possible price under the best terms.
What should you expect from a buyer's agent?
- Home buyers and sellers should be able to expect loyalty and confidentiality from a buyer's agent.
- The agent should determine the true market value of your property
- The agent should assist you the homebuyer or seller with all phases of the process with your best interests in mind.

- A buyer's agent should track and handle many of the day-to-day needs required to get to closing (such as inspections, helping you find a lender, tracking the progress of the loan, working with the closing attorney or agent).
